Two decades in program management, operations, and acquisition strategy across U.S. government and private sector. High-stakes environments where the cost of poor execution was never hypothetical. The methodology I now bring to South African businesses was built across that career.
In 2016 I published my first book, Strategies for Positive Performance in Government Contracts, codifying a methodology for execution in the most regulated environment there is. In 2025 I relocated from the United States to South Africa and took an investor position in a South African professional services business. The system is in use there now, which is what produced the productized version available below.
